In detail, speaking of the National Gallery, the chart shows that the number of visitors only increased throughout the years, starting at six millions per year in 2007 and continuing with a gradual rise to just over 15 millions visitors per year in 2012, being the year of the highest rate of fisitors for this museum and also compared to the other two museums.
Moving on, Victoria and Albert Museum experienced exactly the opposite as they saw their number of visitors declining from 2007 to 2012 with a drop in 2008 and 2009 recording their lowest quantity of visitors at 5 millions per year. However, the British museum had a fluctuation in terms of number of visiors between 2007 and 2012.
