The maps provide information about how Riverside Park has changed between 2010 and the present day.
Overall, Riverside park has undergone several developments, with new facilities such as a cycle path, swings, a cafe and a hotel being added. Having remained the same, heritage railway and vegetation were left unchanged.
To begin with, in 2010, the park was positioned alongside a river and surrounded by a walking path. Inside the walking path, there were three parking lots located next to each other, with a small toilet being situated near the middle parking lot. While the north side featured another two toilets, the eastern side of the park had a round road. Outside the park, vegetation occupied the southwestern side of the map whereas heritage railway was stationed at the western part, stations were located at the bottom and at the top sides of the railway and stations were linked with railway track.
Meanwhile, several facilities have been added at the present day. Cycle path has been constructed which is now situated between the river and the park. After adding three swings next to the toilets, a new parking lot has been built which is attached to the round road also has been built. Above the parking lot, a new cafe has been located. The round road has been expanded and there is a hotel which has been added between the walking path and the round road.
