The bar chart compares four countries in terms of the propotion of young people in higher education in three years 2000,2005 and 2015. Overall, the figures of young people attending university in countries A,C and d increased while that of country B remainly level off over the years.
In 2000, the propotion of adolescents at higher educational in country D, which was the highest throughout the entire period surveyed about 45%. Followed by countries C and B with the rates of 41% and 40%. The number of young people entering higher education of countries A was the lowest at about 37% in this years.
In the next ten years countries A and D were more significant than B and C. Country A has the most obivious growth after 10 years, reaching a rate of about 57%, becoming the country with the second highest number of university students, only after country D with the figures of 60%. Subsequently, we can see that, in country C, young people’s university participantion rose slightly by 6%, from 41% to 47% in 2010. In contrast, the figures of country B remained at around 40% over the period shown.
