In 2015, employment rates in all three countries rose significantly for both males and females. The percentage of employed men in Japan and Ireland saw slight increases, reaching nearly 80% and 70%, respectively. Australia experienced the most growth during the same period, reaching 70% in 2015, an increase of nearly 10%. The percentages for Ireland and Japan both increased by around 5%, reaching 50% and 35%, respectively.
