Overall, in 2005, Japan has the highest figure of proportion of men. Whereas, The highest employment rates for women is in Ireland. Moreover, in 2015, the percentage of men is still the highest one and proportion of women employed increased and became the highest in the same time.
Taking a detailed look at 2005, Japan has the lowest employment rates with around 30% for women, followed by Australia with close to 40% and the highest one is Ireland with around 45%. Moreover, there is a large gap between the percentage of men employed and women employed, which men are double as many as women in most three countries
After ten years, there is an upward trend in Australia, from 60% to 70% for men and 38% to 55% for women. Therefore, the proportion of men in Australia is on par with that of Ireland which is 70%. In Ireland, the employment rates for men is almost unchanged which is from 39% to 40% and have a small rise for women which is from 45% to 50%
