The bar chart illustrates the number of people in two distinct age groups who have joined various clubs at a leisure center in a small city.
Overall, it is clear that older group were not as active as their counterparts in participating clubs, with the exception of historical. Meanwhile, archeology indicated an equal involvement in both age groups.
Looking at the details, the Fitness club is popular with both groups, with around 53 members from the 20-30 age range and almost 50 from the 45-65 range. Similarly, the Social club has high numbers with just over 50 younger members and about 48 older ones. However, the Arts and Crafts club shows a big difference. There are almost 60 members from the 20-30 group but less than 20 from the older group. This shows that younger people like creative arts much more than older people do. Archaeology club has similar numbers in both groups, each with a little over 40. Also, ‘Other’ clubs are different again. There are about 54 members from the 20-30 group and only around 8 members in the 45-65 group.
