The presented bar graph represents the portion of academic faculties, by gender, in various sections of University of Britain during the year 2012. From the graph it is clear that both the male and female academic staff percentage fluctuates across different fields of education.
On one hand, In the Engineering field, the male staff working is the highest field compared to all other fields by more than 80% where as the female staff working in the engineering field is the lowest percentage among other field by less than 20%.
