The bar char illustrates the ratio of adult male smokers in seven countries and overall world in 2000 and 2015. The seven countries are Armenia, Egypt, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Cuba, Mexico and Australia.
Overall, Armenia had the highest number of male smokers in 2000, whereas Australia was the lowest among all in the same year. In 2015, there was sudden drop in the number of male smokers in some country except Egypt and Lebanon, the numbers soared drastically.
In 2000, Armenia was recorded for having highest number of smokers at about 65% , and was followed by Bangladesh at almost 62%. Egypt and Lebanon were same at about 45%, whereas Australia had the least number of smokers at approaximately 30%.
On the other hand, ratio of smokers were depreciated in many country, even in the word in 2015, excluding Egypt and Lebonon where the ratio of smokers increased to nearly 49% and 45%. Though the number of smokers were reduced by nearly 13% in Armenia, but it still remained the highest in that year and shared the place with Cuba, which had a little drop in number of smokers by nearly 3%.
