The chart shares data about percentage of people divided by age who ate five set of fruits and veggies everyday between 2001 and 2008.
Overall, women took a leadership with its highest percentage in 2006,men stayed second with some changes while kids ate veggies and fruits the less.
Women noticeably grew in 5 years raising from approximately 23 in 2001 which was their lowest percentage to 30 in 2005. In 2006 women had their peak reaching 35 percent. However it fell to 30 again in 2008. Comparing to women men started slightly less with only 16 percent in 2001 and remained stability till 2003. Afterwards it started raising slightly in 2004. 2006 was also their peak at 26-27 percent and dicreased to 21 percent in 2008.
According to the chart kids were the least who ate fruits and vegetables. Same as men children stayed stable for three years at 12-13 percent. Next three years the percentage grew from 16 in 2004 to 21 in 2006. Kids had their highest percentage in 2007 with 25 percent and after fell to 24 percent in 2008.
