Regarding world forest, the difference betweeh sectors is negligible. 27% and 25% of world forest are produced in Africa and North America respectively, which are the highest results. Moreover, Europe consists of 18%, hugher than South America about 2%. This is followed by Asia with the smallest proportion in world forest, around 14%.

In terms of timber, nearly 30% of wood are in North Amenca, whereas far surpassing South America about 7% and Europe around 10%. Finally, the figure for Asia is 18%, which is precisely double that of Africa. Consequently, Africa is the most insignificant sector in timber with only 9% .

In comparision, between the two charts, while South America doesn’t have the forest as large as Asia, it makes up more quantity of timber than ones. In addition, although Africa has the biggest forest area, they yield the smallest wood production.
