Overall, the salaries of four professions after three years rises moderately. While underground driver’s wage is the highest among four occupations, it takes them the lowest average hours per week to work. Additionally, firefighter have to spend the longest time on working.
The salary of underground driver started at 50,000 pounds that ranked first and landed at about 53,000 pounds after three years. A similar trend was seen in the earnings firefighter, from around 40,000 pounds to approximately 44,000 pounds over the three-year period. Both of these datas far surpassed two remaining figures. In addition, nurse received the lowest salary, mere half of firefighter.
As can be seen from the table, the average weekly working hours of firefighters are 1.5 times that of underground drivers and are the highest among the four occupational groups at 55 hours. Meanwhile, police and nurses have almost the same working hours with 40 hours and 38 hours per week on average, respectively.
