The chart compares how much money was spent in four categories by five different companies.
Overall, although each company invested differently in the categories listed, Organization B generally spent the most money in the fields, while the reverse was true for Organizations D and E.
Regarding the organizations, that invested relatively more, Organization B was the dominant in allocating money to Staff training (1.9 billion) and Research (1.6 billion). Although Organization A invested the largest amount of money(1.5 billion) in Building, the gap between it and Organization B was marginal (by 0.1 billion). Meanwhile, Organization C spent a billion dollars on this category, Organization A invested that much of money to Machinery. The two most invested categories by Organization C – Machinery and Research were at the same level, with 1.3 billion. While Organizations A and B invested the least in Machinery (1, and 0.9 billion, respectively), Organization C spent the least on Staff training (0.8 billion).
Turning to the rest, Building was the dominant category in both Organizations D and E at 1 billion. Organization D invested 0.9 billion in Machinery, while that amount of money was spent on Staff training by Organization E. Notably, both Organizations D and E allocated the smallest amount of money to Research, 0.6, and 0.7 billion, respectively. The gap between the two categories on which the smallest amount of money was allocated was 0.1 billion in both organizations.
