The bar chart provides information about four different science qualifications held by people in Malaysia and Singapore.
Overall, Singapore experienced a downward trend while Malaysia showed an upward trend throughout the period. Both countries’ science qualifications records and other subject records had some steady rise. Although Malaysia initially had a lower rate in education, it outraced Singapore at the end of the period.
Master’s degree holders were recorded up to 6% in both countries. Whereas, graduated students were showed a gradual increase up to 20%, that is 10% higher than Malaysia’s students. They depicted 10% record. The information about school leaving exams written by Singaporeans were accounted 30% which is 7% lower than Malaysia’s individuals.
On the other side, science qualified students of Singapore appeared for exams, reaching around 60%. Whereas, Malaysia’s students initially had a lower rate in graduates and postgraduate degrees, they outraced Singaporean in the other subjects.
