Overall, it can be said that both tourism and dairy products experienced growth in the year 2020. This trend is also forecasted to continue in the year 2025. However, meat products saw a decline in the year 2020 and are projected to dip further in the year 2025.
In the year 2000, tourism contributed approximately 8 billion dollars in exports, which increased moderately in the year 2020 and reached nearly 9 billion dollars. This trend will continue in the next five years and this will reach nearly 10 billion dollars.
On the other hand, dairy products export was 7 billion dollars in the year 2000, a number which was less than tourism in the same year. However, in the year 2020, dairy products exports escalated rapidly and peaked at 10 billion dollars. In the next 5 years (2025), it is expected to decrease slightly by half a billion dollars (9.5 billion) in number.
Meanwhile, meat product saw a opposite trend in compared to other two exports. Meat exports were 6 billion dollar in year 2020 and reached 5.5 billion dollar. Moreover, this will continue in the upcoming 5 years and will dip further to 5 billion dollar in number.
