The chart below gives information on the quantity of time taken to manafacture a vehicle by four US-based a car producers between 1998 and 2000. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the production of vehicle time in four US-based car producers declined to varying degrees, with the exception of Ford, which showed a a slight increase, The figure for Nissan is dominant at the beginning, but dropped sharply with overtaking all car producers. Despite the downward trend, it recorded the highest figure at the end of the period.
