To begin with, 20 thousand accountants moved to Australia in 2009, which rose exponentially to 28 thousand – the highest across all 4 jobs and years. However, the figure dropped to only 22 and 21 thousand in the next 2 years. In regard to the culinary industry, the number started off at 17 thousand, but fluctuated for the rest of the period, with a peak of 18 thousand people.
