In terms of flats, approximately 58% of people interested in London and just under 30% of people liked them in Oxford and around 35% of people preferred detached houses in Cambridge. However, there was a similar figure of about 28% of people interested in semi-detached houses in all areas; 18% of people in London, respectively.
On the other hand, in terraced houses, just under 19% and 20% of people in London and Oxford, and around 18% of people were interested in Cambridge, respectively. Subsequently, the percentage of people in London interested in detached houses was just under 10% and nearly 25% of people in Oxford liked the same houses; however, 20% of people liked flats over the whole period.
