Overall, the highest amount of sodium and saturated fat were found in dinner, while sugar was detected higher in snacks.
As illustrated, the greatest amount of sodium and saturated fat found in dinner was 43% and 37%, followed by lunch with less than a third. For sodium, the remaining number inside the two types of meals was the same, it counted for 14%. However, for saturated fat, snacks was at 21%, and breakfast accounted for only 16% of all types as the lowest.
Moreover, added sugar was identified as the highest in snacks, valued at 42%. The amount of dinner became second, which accounted for 23%. The rest of the categories remained less than a fifth, which was 19% and 16% of the total data.
