Overall, we can see that dinner made up almost the highest percentage of the given meals, while on the other hand, breakfast had the lowest.
Acording to the data, 43% of sodium intake comes from evening meal, followed by lunch at 29%. Both snacks and breakfast accounted smaller but equal amounts, at 14%. Likewise, as for saturated fat, dinner made up the highest part of the pie chart around 37%, lunch 26%, and snaks 21%, with the breakfast again being the lowest at 16%.
With regard to added sugar, snacks dominate with 42%, which is almost double the figure for dinner at 23%. Lunch account about 19%. Nothing has changed about breakfast, it is make up the lowest percent as it was in previous pies at 16%.
