The figure for was initially as high as that for dumping in sea, while former before increasing significantly and standing at the leading position in 2008, it saw a dramatic drop from 2005 to 2007. However, the latter remained relatively unchanged over the 2 years from 2005 to 2007, in contrast it experienced a small fall by the end of the survey.
