In 2010, however, the rate for Slovakia decreased to 6.5%. Austria’s and Italy’s transport sectors used the equal amount of fuel at slightly over 5%. Only 2% of fuel was consumed by Greece’s sector, which is the half of the Spain’s rate. France’s index rose by 4% in 2010.
