The line graph compares the monthly value of the settlement of four separate cell phones in a particular Europe during the first nine months in 2002.
What is the most striking when looking at the data is that, Slim TX was the only mobile witnessed a decrease in the every month contract cost, whereas the settlement value of the rest increased by varying degrees.
Looking first at the Alpha, which initially had the lowest cost of contract at 5 euro per month (epm). Thereafter, this figure had relatively remained unchanged before witnessed a rocket rises in the value in July 2002, surpassing others mobile to reach its peak at 25 epm and become the most valuable monthly contract at the end of the given period.
Turning to Domo and Lex, despite having the same trend as the Alpha, the observed increase of the cost of every month settlement of Domo and Lex had different degrees from it. Commencing at 15 epm, Domo’s monthly contract value reached about 25 epm by September 2002, slightly down from its July’s peak of 25 epm. Followed the roughly same trajectory as Domo’s, Lex monthly contract cost started at 12 epm and ended up at around 18 epm. Not only was it initially the second most valuable monthly contract cell phone, the rank also remained until the last month of the period.
Finally, the Slim TX’s monthly contract value showed a slight reduction from 9 epm in January to 8 epm September in the same year.
