The bar chart provides informations about the percentage of five types of school certification by gender in 1999 in Australia.
Overall, most of the male students were qualified in skilled vocational diploma, whilst the female students had the lowest number in this qualification. The female students were mostly certified with undergraduate diploma.
In 1999, most of the students which were qualified in skilled vocational diploma were male, which were 90% of all the students, whilst the undergraduate diploma certification had the lowest percentage of male students, which were only 40% of the total.
On the other hand, the female students were mostly certified with undergraduate diploma, has the percentage of 70%. Least of them had certification in skilled vocational diploma, which were only a tenth of total students who took the certification at that time. It’s very contrast with the number of male students who were certified in the qualification.
