Overall, it is evident that there were notable differences in the proportions of men and women at different levels. Males were more likely to have higher percentages of reaching degrees than females.
The most significant gender difference was observed in the skilled vocational certification category, where 90% of those who held the diploma were men, while only 10% were women. By contrast, more women held undergraduate diplomas, accounting for 70%, compared to approximately 40% of men. In addition, females had a higher proportion of bachelor’s diplomas at 55%, compared to 47% for males.
At the higher levels of education, males with postgraduate certification exceeded their female counterparts (70% and 30%, respectively). Males also had greater percentages of master’s certifications at 60%, while women constituted 40%.
