Overall, the chart demonstrates a fluctuated trend in all age groups except the 31 to 45 age demographics within the specified period of time, with the older people spend more than the young adults.
Younger aged group of under 30 spend more money on restaurant and hotel than food and entertainment, as they spend near 15% for restaurant and spend only approximately 6% and 8% for meals and entertainment. 31 to 45 group indicated an downward trend since they spent around 12%, 11% and 8% respectively on those categories.
Aged group of 46 to 60 gave highest money for food and drink with a rate of nearly 17%, although they spent only around 12% and 14% for the two other categories.
As for the other two groups, covering the age group of 61 to 75 and over 76s, both spent the lowest amount of money for restaurant and hotel, just over 3% and 7% respectively. 61 to 75 group spent 20% on food which was the opposite of over 76s age demographics, as they spent almost 23% for food. Regarding the categories of entertainment, these two groups spent approximately 23% and 18% subsequently.
