The bar chart illustrates people in three different groups and the periodicity of workouts performed by them. Overall, a higher percentage of people in the Multiple times per week and the Weekly categories is observed, while the others are subdivided.
In the “Multiple times per week” class, we examine the peak of individuals from the 18-40 age range: 40%, from the 41-60 age range: 35%, and the rest 20% of the individuals from the 60-plus age group. Furthermore, in the Weekly category, as demonstrated, there are 20% of young adults, 25% from the middle-aged classification, and then the highest percentage of people from the 60-plus age group.
The remaining portion pf persons are partitioned into another varieties. Looking at the “Daily” category, it can be seen that 5% of people between the ages of 18 and 40, and only 2.5% from the sixty-plus age group – the lowest percentage of both age groups in any category; and only 10% from the 18-40 age group. Moreover, the other three categories: Once or twice a month, A few times a year, and Never, convey stable engagement with 15%, 5%, and 10% between the ages of 18 and 40; 10%, 10%, and 15% from the 41-60 group; and 13%, 15%, and 5% from the 60-plus bracket, accordingly.
