The provided graph delineates information on the number of passengers using three distinct airports in New York City between 1995 and 2000.
Overall, it can be observed that over the years John. F. Kennedy Airport has witnessed some fluctuations in the number of passengers while the other two airports (LaGuardia and Newark) have experienced consistent growth. Another point to be noted is that out of the three airports, LaGuardia is the most favoured one.
Studying the details, the number of passengers of John. F. Kennedy in 1995 was 26 million which continued to increase remarkably hitting its all-time highest peak of 46 million passengers in 1997, however in 1999 the figure dipped to 32 million. In the last year, there was a slight growth to 44 million. On the other hand, LaGuardia has always enjoyed quite consistent growth in the figures in 1995 the number of passengers was 35 million, which rose steadily in the three subsequent years before hitting the highest peak of 69 million travellers.
However, if we look at Nawark it only succeeded in harbouring 15 million passengers in 1995 though it continued to surge up in coming years accumulating 42 million in 1998. And in the past two years, the figures are quite stable with 42 million passengers.
