The line graph illustrates the proportion of households in four different countries that had online access from 1999 to 2009.
Overall, all countries grew significantly over the period. Usa had highest percantage of household, while Indonesia had the lowest. Canada and Germany stood with medium share of households.
In the 1999, America with the biggest proportion of households with internet access, starting at around 20%, and this figure rose substantially to approximately 75%. Similarly, Germany with 10% of households experinced remarkable increase and ended with the same proportion as USA. Canada also saw a consistent changes, from approximately 15% of household in 1999 it rosed to just under 70%. These three countries with particulary same initial points, grew on at least 50% and showed great result by the end of the given period.
Indonesia, on the other hand, stood with only around 5% and during the period rose steadly to 20% by 2009, indicating a slower, however, sligh improvement compared to other countries.
