Overall,it is clear hat women dominanted in teaching at the lower level of education,such as nursery and primary school,while men were more introduced higher level educational institutions ,especially at university.
In nursery and primary school settings, almost all teachers are female,accounting for nearly 100%,with men contributing only a tiny proportion.A similar pattern can be observed in primary school where the vast majority of teachers (over 90%) are women .However in secondary school gender distirbution was more balanced, with women making a little ovet 50% and men slightly under 50%
At the college level , the proportions of male and female teachers were almost equal,both were 50%.In private training institutes the percentage of male teachers rise by a small margin.The largest gap of favour of man was at universities, where around 70% of teachers were male compared to only about 30% female.
In summary, women where dominated gender in early education,while man were significantly more common in universities. In secondary school amd college we can see the most balanced disturbution between two genders.
