Overall, most of the teachers in nursery schools and pre-schools are women, and there are also more female teachers than male teachers in secondary schools . In the contrast, more teachers in universities and private training institutes are men. The percentage in college is equal in men and women.
Nearly 100% teachers in nursery schools and pre-schools are women, while men is just under 5%. Primary schools have the second most women teachers, and the amount of women is nine times of men. The number is closer in secondary school, women and men is about 55%, 45% respectively.
However, men reaches 70%, women is only half of that (35%), in universities. Although men is around 55% in private training institutes, men and women shared the same percentage in colleges.
