Overall, it is clear that the percentage of male employees had the largest share in both years. Additionally, the number of total employees was higher by fourth in 2012, comprising 29,600.
In detail, men working full-time constituted 53% in 1988. They were then followed by women employed part-time, accounting for 22%. In turn, women operating full-time were ranked third, making up 19% out of 100%. In contrast, men working part-time comprised the smallest segment with only 6%.
Compared to 1988, the percentage of men operating full-time in 2012 was lower by 6%, making up 47%; however, their amount was higher by a thousand. Females employed full-time accounted for 26%, which was higher by almost a half. Women employees working part-time were ranked third on the list, reaching 20%. However, the percentage for men employed part-time was almost similar, making up merely 7%.
