In 2002, it decreased to roughly 80%. As for Northern Ireland,from 1990 to 1998, it was the second place that has high quality water with around 87%. But, at the end of the survey, it dominated with approximately 96%.By 1996, England experienced steady raise from about 57% in 1990 to roughly 70% in 1996. However, it experienced sharp decrease about 30 % in 1998. Nonetheless, after 1998, it increased gradually to around 50%. Between 1990 and 1996, it did not experience much high increase only about 7%(from 22% in 1990 to 30% in 1996). However, it reached its peak in 2000 with aroung 60 %.
