The bar graph demonstrates the changes in the proportion of the residents of each genders in the UK who ate the daily amount of fruit and vegetables from 2002 to 2006.
From an overall perspective, there was an upward trend in the percentage of the fruit and vegetables consumption of all of genders givenwith the highest figure of women in 2006. However, children ate fewest fruit and vegetables in 2002. Besides, the share of all genders were minimally increased throughout the period.
To be specific, the proportion of male consumption of fruit and vegetables started at its lowest figure of over 20 percent, after which it rose considerably by 6 percent to 28 percent in 2006. Additionally, the statistic for females and children both climbed by 6 percent, from 25 and 11 percent to its peak of 31 and 17 percent in the same period.
In comparison, the figure for men was descent slightly from 28 percent in 2006 to 24 percent in 2010. Likewise, the statistic for women and juveniles witnessed a significant decrease ,from 31 and 17 percent to 27 and 24 percent in the end of period
