The bar chart compares the Percentages of employment in executive positions between men and women in ACME oil company in the year of 1995.
It is clear that category A was the highest point for men where category E was highest for women. However, the number of employees went on category E for men and category A for women was lowest in the given year.
According to the bar graph, the highest portion of men and women employed in category A and category E, with 92% and 75% respectively. Similarly 75% of men employed in category B compared to women where they almost 50% lower than that percentage. In Category C, 58% of employees were men, while female employees were just 42%.
On the other hand , category D has the second highest number of female employees which was 55% compared to men where they were 10% lower than that portion.
