The bar chart demonstrates the survey consequences of business individuals into five different fields that were requested to be good managers throughout three years: 2010, 2015 and 2020.
Overall, the figures for all categories witnessed increase, except for transparency. Also, responsibility had remained the most preferred qualities during the mentioned period.
In 2010, the figure for vision was 2, higher than that of empathy starting at 1. After 5 years, both factores rose marginally to 3, before continuously climb to 4 in 2020. Meanwhile, the figure for good communication stayed stable at 4 from 2010 to 2015, ultimately jumping to 5 in 2020.
Regarding to the last fields, there were opposing trends between responsibility and transparency in the same timeframe. Although commencing at 5, higher than the figure for transparency by 2 in 2010, there was a steady drop of 1 in the term of responsibility; while that for transparency went up to the same peak of responsibility in 2015. Although the final year saw the turnback to the previous points in 2010, in the rates of both factors; nevertheless, there were a resurgence for responsibility and an downward trend for transparency.
