The bar chart illustartes the ratings of the key qualities cosidered neccesary for a good manager between 2010 to 2020. The aspects include: Responsibility, Good communication, transparency and empathy as well as vision skills.
Overall it is clear that the feedbacks of four out of five qualities have been generally improved, while the oppsite was observed in the transparency skill. Another notable feature is that responsibility skill was found the most important skill with excellent feedbacks, despite a minor dip in the middle of the years.
Looking at the data in more details, In 2010, respondents reported finding the responsibility and good communication skills the most valuable feature of a perfect manager, giving 5 band. This was followed by good communication skill, at 4 band. However, having dropped slightly to 4 band in 2015, the responsibility skill consolidated its leading position, receiving 5 band in 2020. Meanwhile, having remained unchanged at 4 band till 2015, the good communication skill was rated at 5 bands at the end of the period.
The reviews of transparency and empathy skills were relatively lower as well as vision skill. In 2010, people gave transparency skill 3 band, while the vision skill received 2 band. Conversely, the empathy skill was considered the least important skill for managers, eccounting for 1 band. Despite rising from 3 band to 4 band in 2015, the rating of tranparency skill turned to its initial level (3 band) in 2020. At the same time, empathy and vision skills saw an identical figure, increasing from 3 band in 2015 to 4 band in 2020 each.
