The line graph gives data on frequency of request in person, by letter/email, by telephone at a UK tourist office during the first six months of the year.
Overall, it is clear that person and phone requests experienced a noticeable increase, while the reverse was true for letter/email.
In terms of person requests, it accounted for more than 400 units in the first month, and this was followed by the upward trend to 1900 units until June. This rise was especially high since March when it became the first rank after surpassing telephone requests.
Telephone request starting at 900 units, it saw a notable dip during the first three months, where it increased to 1000 units. Before increasing rapidly to 1600 units in the end of the period, it remained stable the following month.
There was a decline from nearly 800 to 700 units in email/letter requests between January and March. However, it significantly dropped and reached closely 400 units for the next two months, and then it stayed unchanged.
