Overall, it is much easier for those living in cities to access basic services in 15 minutes or less, in most categories all citizens of urban areas can drive to the nearest facility in a 15 minute span compared to those living in rural areas.
To begin with more accessible services, the post office is the only facility that can be reached by all people within 15 minutes or less whether they live in a rural area or in the city. In fact police departments are not as accessible as post office, accounting 100% for cities and 85% for rural area, followed by doctors, that illustrate same rates.
In contrast, reaching supermarkets showed most significant gap between rural people and those who live in the cities, accounting 65% for former and 100% for latter.
