Overall, in 2005 the proportion of male employees was higher that the rate of female. In contrast, in 2015, the proportion of women employees increased in several categories, while, in others the rate remained equal in both genders.
In 2005, vice Presidents and analysts were the highest job categories with men employees with around 70%, while, administrators area was lider by women employees with around 90%. Directors and manager categories were the third and forth area with most man employees, with 60% and just over 50%, respectively.
On the other hand, in 2015, women employees remained lider the administrators area, nevertheless, the rate decreased at 80%. The analysts category stayed with the same rate, favorable for men, while the proportion of female employees in directors area reached 60%, and the men employees in this category dropped at 40%. The vice Presidents and managers kind were the same to both, female and male employees, with around 50%, respectively.
