The given line graph depicts the data of a country showing about the insights of number of shops that were closed and the number of newly opened shops between 2011 to 2018. Overall, it can be seen that the beginning of time period the number of openings were more than closings, but in the end the trend became opposite.
To commence, in 2011 the number of closures began with 6300. In 2012 it went up slightly to 7000 and then declined marginally at 6500 in 2013. From 2014 it sharply dropped to 900 in the year 2015 from which, it surged to 5100 in 2016. The numbers remained steady in the final years.
In the similar way, the number of openings also vacillated a lot. It started from 8500 in 2011 which, went into rapid fluctuations from 4000 in 2012 and reaching up from 5000 to 6000 in 2013 and 2014 respectively. However, there was a reduction in the count to 4000 in 2015 which remained uniform till 2017 and gradually reduced to 3000 in 2018
