Overall, while the number of men who lived in destitution fluctuated a bit before gradually declining, women on the other hand, changed intermittenly.
For men under the age of 5 culminated at around 25%. Male between the age of 5 and 17 were at approximately 17%. 18 to 24 aged males were the same level as the first figure. Starting from the 4th figure, the numbers declined moderately while the age numbers went up. Then the number upsurged to around 13% over the age of 75.
