Overall, foot was consistently the most played sports, despite declining in all years, while golf had fewer players throughout the period.
In 1995, foot featured the popular sports compared to other games, accounting for almost 45% players. The participants slightly declined to 43% in 2000, however, by 2005, the percentage again decreased, at approxiately 41%. Swim was the second most played games, starting at nearly 26%, which slightly upsurged to 28% in 2000, and gradually declined to 23% at the end. The similar kind of trends was followed by rubgy and snooker.
Tennis, on the other hand, consisted 23% of athletes in 1995, and it remained same in 2000. After 5 years, the figure rapidly rose and reached 30% players. Golf had been played by fewer proprtion of athletes, at 16%, 15%, and 18%, in 1995, 2000, and 2005, respectively.
