The provided graph demonstrates the proportion of four weight assessment levels in various age groups of Newtown citizens in 2010.
Overall, the rate of obesity witnessed an upswing trend when people got older while the opposite was true for that of an ideal body. In addition, most people aged 20 to 29 had a tendency to get a balanced form while there was no underweight case in the 30-39 age range.
There was an inverse between the rate of inhabitants having obesity and an ideal body when the age range got higher. Older people had more tendency to be obese than younger ones, specifically about 60% of individuals aged between 60 and 69 got obesity while the figure for those from the healthiest group was approximately 2%. On the contrary, 70% of youngsters aged from 20 to 29 had a balanced weight while that of the 60-69 group was only 5%.
On the other hand, the proportion of underweight and overweight varied over different age groups. Both the 20-29 and 50-59 group had the lowest percentage of overweight inhabitants at roughly 8% while the highest rate was about 38% of the 30-39 one. About 20% of people aged between 20 and 29 were underweight while no one of the 30-39 group had an underweight body.
