The pie charts provide information about players who play electronic games in South Korea in 2003. Overall, the percentage of males, who play games, was significantly higher than that of females and the highest percentage of players was under 18. Notably, the most popular type of game was actions.
Games were more popular among younger generation. The proportion of youngest players was 39%. This was followed by those aged from 18 to 36 with 38%. In contrast, just 23% of people who were engaged in electronic games were above 36. As for gender of players, there was a substantial disparity between two genders with 72% for males and 28% for females.
Regarding types of games, actions was the most popular with 43% of players who played it. Sports ranked second with 20%, while racing was third, accounting for 17%. In contrast, education and other games were the least popular with respective 7% and 6%.
