The pie charts illustrate three different diets: average diet, healthy diet, and healthly diet of a sportman by comparing the content of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in each diet.
Overall, it can be seen that carbohydrates constitute the main portion of each diet. Protein is second most content found in each diet. Furthermore, the proportion of fat is lowest in each diet.
An average diet contain same proportion of carbohydrates and protein. Their stake is 40% individually. Fat constitues remaining 20% portion of an average diet. In contrast, the percentage of carbohydrates increases gradually in a healthy diet. A healthy diet contains 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 20% fat.
Furthermore, for a sportperson diet the stake of carbohydrates increases substantially. It contains 60% of a healthy diet of a sportman. Subsequently, the portion protein and fat reduce to maintain a balance diet. Protein accounts for 25% of an overall diet, while the fat constitutes the remaining 15% stake of a healthy diet.
