The given charts illusrtate information on the percentage of carbohydrates, protein and fat in some different diets.
Firstly, in average diet carbohydrates and protein accounts for identical numbers 40%. On the other hand fats make up the lowest percentage, one in five 20% in comparison with them. In healthy diet carbohyrates represent a half and the highest proportion in the ranking 50%. Protein compose only 30%. Fats make up 20 as in the average diet.
In comporison average diet and healthy diet, the healthy diet for sport had the highest population of carbohyrates 60%. But the protein account for the smallest proportion around a quarter 25%. Fats also represent the lowest percentage 15%.
Overall, in average diet carbohyrates and proteins make up identical procent, while fats represent half as much. In healthy diet the fats are same with average diet. Healthy diet for sport was the most effective for carbohyrates.
