In the general diet, 40% of diet is cover by the carbohydrates from the total proportion and also 10% less as compare to the healthy meal plan. Whilst, the protein account for 40% and 30% in the average diet and healthy diet plan. Meanwhile, the remaining portion occupy by fat which is 20% in the both diet plan healthy and average.
Moving further, in the healthy diet plan for sport ,the largest share is represent by the carbohydrates which is 60% of total percentage. However, the proportion of protein is 25% which is 5% more than the healthy diet plan. Whereas, fat represent only 15% of the total figure and also 5% less as compare to other two diet plans.
