The two pie charts compare the percentage of American students in Unated States who able to speak on other languages from 2005 and 2015.
Overall, it is easy to notice that the interest of the students in other language is increased significanlty after 10 years.
In 2005, the share of residents who were not able to speak in other language accounted approximetely half of the total(45%), while the percentage of the students who know two additional language and students who can speak only in French together showed 22%. The propotion of former was 14% and latter was 8% respectively.
After 10 years, the interest in other language increased, however the share of the people who able to speak in two additional language decreased by 2%, while the fraction of the students who know French increased by 2%, also percentage of the another language speakers rose from 10% to 14%. The main changes was in group of students who can speak only in spanish and group of students who do not know any extra language. Share of the Americans who know only spanish rose from 18% to 29%, and propotion of the latter declined by 15%. Finally, only German speakers remained unchanged.
