However, most order were made with the combination of both local and international websites, with 72% for Australia and 65% for New Zealand.
With regard to motives for online shopping, lower prices in online stores were the most common reason, with more than half of the customers reporting so in both countries. It was followed by convinience, with 24% for Australia and 22% for New Zealand, and quality of products, with 18% for the former and 16% for the latter.
