According to the bar chart, Australians and people from New Zealand do most purchases in both local and international websites, although Australians are leadering on 7 percent, New Zealand have 65 percent. On the other hand, New Zealanders visit international websites more often than Australians. Also the rate of purchases in local websites in New Zealand exceeds this rate in Australia.
Moreover, reasons to spend time buying things online as well have almost the same percentage for both countries. The main cause why they do prefer online stores is a method to economize , as online stores have lower price than physical ones. That’s why it takes 53 percent and 57 percent in Australia and New Zealand respectively. After that by the popularity goes “convenience” around 20 percent and the third place is occupied by “quality of products” around 15 percent. Of course there are some other reasons by they are not so widespread.
To sum up, the percentage data that concerns online shopping in Australian and in New Zealand is almost the same probably due to their close location and point of life.
